All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two experts from the PC. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings of NTCEM 2024. The proceedings will be indexed by EI, Thomson Reuters Web of Science CPCI (ISTP indexing), Google Scholar, CNKI Scholar for worldwide online citation.
