Registration

NTCEM 2026 only accepts registration fee in RMB or USD. Registration fee covers all conference sessions, conference document, meals and reception. Cost of accommodation is not covered by registration fee. You will need to book your accommodation separately by visiting the Hotel page.

The conference registration fee is listed as below:

Regular Registration	3600 RMB/500 USD
First Authors (Student)	3300 RMB/450 USD
Extra Page Charge	300 RMB/50 USD
Listener/Participants	1400 RMB/200 USD

Notes:
1. Each paper should have at least one registration. Participants without paper publication are also welcome.
2. If the length of paper exceeds 5 pages, the cost of each extra page is 50 USD or 300 RMB per page.
3. Registration fee is non-refundable.
